My name is Ginger Cooley, I am 22 and currently I live in Alaska. I'm originally from Louisiana, my hometown is exactly where the eye of Hurricane Katrina hit. After the storm, there wasn't much to go back to so I started taking classes at University of Alaska, Anchorage.
My major is photojournalism, though I've also studied visual arts and 3d animation as well. I'm in my fifth year of college, because every time I transferred schools I've lost credits. I don't consider it a loss though, because education is invaluable to me and I've enjoyed all aspects of my studies. I currently work as a photographer for The Northern Light newspaper.
